Welcome to Olly Olly, LLC! Before using our services, we kindly request you to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By engaging with us, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before proceeding.
1. Services Offered:
Olly Olly, LLC offers professional home organizing services to assist clients in decluttering, organizing, packing, and optimizing their living spaces.
2. Client Obligations:
a. The client must provide accurate information about their home and organizational needs to help us offer suitable solutions.
b. The client should ensure the safety of our organizers during the service period.
c. It is the client's responsibility to secure any valuable or delicate items before our team begins organizing.
d. It is the client's responsibility to have any supplies like garbage bags, cleaning supplies, bins, that the client may want/need.
3. Payment Terms:
a. Our pricing and payment details will be communicated to the client before initiating the project.
b. The client is required to make the agreed-upon payment in full by end the day of services are rendered.
c. Payments can be made via Credit Card (online only), Venmo, Cash, or Check. Cash or Check need to be paid in-person.
4. Cancellation Policy:
a. In case of cancellation, the client must inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
b. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
c. Payments will not be refunded, the time purchased can be applied to a future appointment. If no longer want organizing services, the client can gift unused/paid hours (3 hours or more) to a friend or family member.
5. Rescheduling:
a. The client can request a rescheduling of the service by providing us with at least 24 hours' notice.
b. We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality:
a. We respect the privacy of our clients and commit to keeping all information shared during the organizing process confidential.
b. Any photographs or videos taken during the organizing process will only be used with the client's permission.
7. Liability:
a. While we strive to provide top-quality services, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused due to unforeseen circumstances during the organizing process.
b. The client is responsible for the safety and security of their possessions during the organizing process.
8. Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights associated with our organizing methods and materials remain the sole property of Olly Olly, LLC.
b. The client agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our consent.
9. Feedback and Testimonials:
a. We value feedback from our clients and may request permission to use their testimonials for promotional purposes.
b. The client has the right to decline the use of their testimonial for promotional purposes.
10. Termination of Services:
a. Either party may terminate the organizing services by providing written notice to the other party by email or post.
b. Olly Olly, LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any property that it deems at its sole discretion to be unsafe or otherwise untenable.
c. Should a third party be involved (movers or similar), Olly Olly, LLC takes no responsibility and the Client agrees to hold Olly Olly, LLC harmless, for their actions or performance.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
a. Olly Olly, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
